I think it is necessary but i am not having driving Licence and i think we need have that one. Have you ever tried to get one? I think most of the people we can see on the roads without the Licence but they don't bother about...

anu00k paid version of google earth is called 'Google Earth Pro' it doesn't give live image of earth but provides 'Real-time GPS tracking' and some other stuffs it costs $400

I leave in south india and have a slower internet connection my provider gives 2Mbps speed but it goes terribly slow at times ...
