How much coffee do you drink a day and how do you take it?

I know I love coffee. I enjoy it hot, cold, iced, flavored, straight up etc. As long as it is coffee, I like it. I try to limit the intake to about 3 cups a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one after Dinner....
