anushka2cute Takes me 5-10 minutes on a normal day.....on a holiday I take the pleasure of taking a bath for 15-20 minutes.... And in winters I like to bathe untill the water gets cold....lol

anushka2cute You are welcome....you can also try counting backwards...the basic purpose is to take your mind off the regular thoughts and get the mind to relax.
