Please be honest with your opinion. I have discussed with our co mylotters about my first expression about Mindanao and he don't agree. maybe it's time to discuss the whole country, hope he will see the point.

To many ways to exercise but still we can not find a time, specially people working round the clock. For me swimming is still the best exercise to do, because it less strain and pesperations. Other say it's walking, dancing,...

armandojapitana you need a sports to exercise your whole body because walking is not enough, If you can swim a whole day for at least once a month it would help. Badminton, Bowling, Tennis or table tennis, this will surely be enjoyable exercise to do...would you agree?

They are promoting ice coffee because its summer, Im not a coffee lover but I do drink it in the morning. Taste the sample seems okay. Do you prefer your coffee hot or cold?

If ever I be hire on U.A.E as an autoCAD operator I'm sure I'll be home sick and this mylot will be my first hobby to fight the homesickness, can you help me to fight the dreaded homesickness please...

armandojapitana yup theres a lot of flavor, Here in the Philippines we have three type of coffee beans, Rubusca, Arabica & levisca I hope I spell it right. The last one is the most popular in the province of ours, In Bantagas province we called it " Kapeng Barako " meaning...
