ashisyed well,my intake of caffeine is mainly to stay up. otherwise, i do take green tea and juices in place of caffeine. i think that instead of taking any energy supplements, i will stick with black tea or black sodas.

ashisyed I think that it is kind of hard to distinguish as in to what is scam and what is not.....i think that we should not pay the sites as then there are more chances of getting scammed as already one person has raised this point...another way to distinguish scam...

Recently, hotmail hava create a brand new version of layout and interface for hotmail. Do you perfer to use the old or bew version. I have been using the new version although it's slow sometime.
