ashisyed well, i think that there is a great need of a spouse to be a persons best friend...as you are sharing your life with a person, and if you dont have enough understanding, then whats the difference between a boyfriend/girlfriend and a spouse??

ashisyed well,my intake of caffeine is mainly to stay up. otherwise, i do take green tea and juices in place of caffeine. i think that instead of taking any energy supplements, i will stick with black tea or black sodas.
