avs189 While you respond to discussion posted by other with tag,u dont earn any credit ,it jus helps the mylot administrators to classify the topic depending upon the tags submitted by the users and for efficient maintenance.

avs189 Yeah sometimes job postions can affect a lot of your sleeping habits as they can make you feel tired and weary..also if you dont get enough sleep it would have adverse effect on your health..what i suggest is proper diet..regular exercise and good eating...
