margieanneart I feel that a parent should instill values and manners at an early age. It seems that each generation, world wide, is having a break down in family and social values. It must be taught first from home.

limcyjain yes this is good place to get suggestion for your problems and you can then analyse and take your decisions. One thing i would like to add apart from sorrows do share your joys. Happiness mulitplies when you share with others.

jackie_mmm It's contingent on the priorities of a mother. There are some who get there being a good mom and a careerwoman. Managing time for both shouldn't be so hard. There's time for everything if one just sits and calculate the hours in a day which can be put to good...

mbarryton being a woman and in my opinion its just plain wrong. when you marry someone its suppose to be because you love them and you two belong with each other. not every tom,dick,or hair you run across. you do have a good point tho men do alot of this and thats taken...

limcyjain I think we pray during meals to thank god that he has given us the capability to earnand eat healty food. I personally dont pray during meals although i dont start my day without praying in the small temple in our house.

onesiobhan I only offer thanks during specific festivals and events. It probably would be a nice think to say thanks before every meal, but it make the people in the cafeteria stare a bit.
