snowy I have tried that intermittent fasting before, I hate it. I didn't lose any weight either. Going too long without food makes me feel really low and depressed. I feel that way with Keto too. I hate that with a passion.

Amber I have never fasted, although I tried. I get sick if I don't eat something. I know a lot of people have, but I know more that have not.
