balinarendra i can suggest u a diet dear... early morning take tea or coffee or juice wateve u like.... take meal at 11 am arund dat too something wid less oil, calories and fat in it.... den u can take some biscuits wid juice or shakes at 4....and dinner early like 7...

i'm the only daughter to our family but with two brothers and i can get what i wanted to have. my parents are very nice and responsible to us...they care and love us!!! we are a lucky person that we have a parents like them....
