Hello! We have recently moved to a house on the ocean and all my children keep getting splinters from the darn deck. I keep reminding them to wear shoes, but they won't...atleast not everytime. And my one son had about 6 splinters...

bcgirljnb66 there's not much you can do. if you soak the feet before then the skin is softer and it won't hurt so much. also, if you miss a few bits it's not so bad as i believe the wood, being natural, will eventually biodegrate; not like getting lead under the skin....

bcgirljnb66 I too was sketical at first of Luongo as he got so much of our salary cap. didn't love him at first but now he is really stepping up. Cloutier had to go, he was always injured and i don't think the team had enough confidence in him. Go Canucks Go!!!!
