the furthest i ever ran was 13 miles

thegolfcraze maybe 8k in 30 minutes but not 8 miles. That's lessthan 4min per mile. the world record for 2 miles is just barely under 8 minutes.

What is the best rock concert that you've ever been to? Mine is Pearl Jam because they are my favorite band and are rock icons, but as far as the absolute best rock show, I would have to sat that the honor belongs to Shinedown....

thegolfcraze I've been to Pearl Jam several times and would have to say that those are the best shows I've ever been to. However, the most pure fun I've ever had at a show was seeing Andrew W.K. at the 9:30 club in DC. Pure mayhem and a great time.
