bdayboy09 I agree. Practice makes perfect. So yesterday but really true. And... don't force yourself too much. Do it gradually, and work your way up. You will be eventually increasing your vocal range before you know it.

We know that Vc is very good for our body and each day we need it, I bought a lot of it and eat it very day. Is it good for body if we eat it often?

bdayboy09 I actually take 1100 mg in a day. I drink 2 capsules of Vitamin C (500 g each) and a skincare supplement with 100 g Vitamin C. Hopefully that's not bad. :)

bdayboy09 I agree. My mom and her family grew up in Tondo. They never acted like the ones we see right now on Television. Even a lot of people there right now are very civilized and proper. Media has something to do with this, I guess.
