Hi, after the revolution in cell phone technology, cellphone are common and anyone can buy it, i just want to know that, what is your behaviour or reaction when you recieve calls or sms from an unknown number, answer me honestly.

benithya I usually tend to ignore wrong calls. I don't pick the call at all nor reply the messages.

benithya I think you should meditate for a while before going to bed. That would help you relieve all the stress accumulated throughout the day. Once you meditate and lie down, don't think about anything in this world. Just concentrate on your breath. Hope this helps...
