bettyboop31 That's funny,i thought i was the only one who thought that.i'll be watchin t.v. and all of a sudden a commercial will come on and blast my ears out! i thought my t.v. volume was working on its own.

At what age should children be cut down to only one nap ?

bettyboop31 Im amom of three children ages 8-10. i believe naps should be stopped by the age 6 yrs,because they r getting ajusted to all day kindergarten and being up longer.if they get a nap when they get home,chances are they wont sleep well thru the night.

bettyboop31 As women, young and old we all go threw things, some worse than others and somtimes we dont know the situation,i think she is at her breaking point,and it always gets worse before better. Trust me i been there! best answer for her is prayer.
