bhavishdhankar Yes i agree with you. We get impressed when one speak english so fluently. and not only that they have an edge over mnc jobs. :-) memorizing is not recommended . and never develop fear while learning this language .

bhavishdhankar yes i simply agree with harworkinggurl if there is something you can't do . then you can atleast address the issue to higher authorities and if still things remain the same and they mantain the silent and then its better to search for the new job .
