what do you think of being successful?

everybody has different point about success.while i think being successful we should come up to time freedom, wealth freedom and spirit freedom. what do you think of it?

bianzita satisfaction is very important. wealthy people should have this character,but the poor guys should always find someway to change the situation.if the poor guys could change their situation, the whole society will become successful.

What do you do to keep healthy?

I try to avoid eating oily foods or those with msg or processed foods. I drink fresh juice every morning.

i was offended by this remark of a vegetarian...

we attended a dinner party some time ago and there were plenty of people there. it turned out that one of the guests was a vegetarian but there was no problem since the hostess knew about it beforehand and special food for that...

bianzita i think it was a coin which has two sides.when there is only one vegetarian, you should all protect him/her,that means no offendce to him/her. i think which kind of diet is ok. but all the people should respect each other.

bianzita i think there are four points to keep healthy: good mood, enough sleep,proper exercise and nutrition, especially good protein, vitamins and minerals, etc.
