Bimtown angel @dya80dya Osteoporosis can also be caused by a lack of calcium and vitamin D. So dairy products should be included in your diet, also green leafy vegetables and exercise.

Bimtown angel Me too. As I'm from the Caribbean though, I do love my reggae and calypso. After that, I dig the songs from the 60s to the 80s.

Bimtown angel Thank you. I recently moved and was looking through some notebooks. Saw a few websites that I kept in a book so I wouldn't lost them. Tried them out to see if they still existed and here I am. MyLot was definitely one of them.
