Bimtown angel @dya80dya Osteoporosis can also be caused by a lack of calcium and vitamin D. So dairy products should be included in your diet, also green leafy vegetables and exercise.

Bimtown angel Hi. Osteoporosis is a bone disease usually found in older people. For a much younger person, it is rickets. 28 seems quite young for osteoporosis but nothing is impossible. I'm sorry to hear you lost your teeth though, but all isn't lost.
