Willowlady Not sure it is 8 glasses but water is a big deal with and for me. Tea, juice, sometimes pop however always welcoming water. There is such a thing as too much so be careful and take care of yourself.

shadowcat_018 i usually don't but i try to drink as much water as i can and now its actually 12 glasses a day coz of the global warming... =)

faith_hope_love I drink a lot of water especially now that it is summer and is really hot. I try to count the amount I consume but s omehow I lose count before the day ends. You are right, its really healthy to take in lots of fluids.

LouisJ i know but i drink about 5 or 6 glasses water a day,sometimes more when its really hot.i mostly drink coffee when i get thirsty.

missy30 i do not count the glasses of water i drink. but i believe i drink more than eight. that's true, drink enough water can help eliminate toxins, one of the effects of it is having clear skin.

spiritwolf52 I used to drink more than 8 glasses of water a day. Water does not quench my thirst. So I usually drink a lot of Robinson's fruit drinks. Plain water gets way too boring. Sometimes it has a funny taste to it.
