How do you teach your child on how to read?

I try to teach my daughter how to read. It is hard to teach her. She is already 4 years old. To teach her how to count is easy. I also enroll her on the kumon class. It is a class on how to count and write number japanese style....

How long do you keep your receipt?

How long do you think you have to keep your receipts? Usually I keep it for about 5 years and then I destroy it and throw it out. Do you think I need to keep it that long? Do you have any better way to keep receipt?

I always prefer to pay by credit so I can get points. If I can't use credit, I pay by cash. I never bring my check book, it is too much trouble to pay with it. How about you? Which one is your preference?
