urbangirl I think the payoff is fair - but it depends on what you expect from an online discussion board. I see it as a great way to engage with other people, not as "work", so the money side of it isn't that important to me.

marief2rnurse Yelling is never okay. Yelling at your kid won't let them listen to you. You'll only scare them and shut them down. That's why it's advised to calm down first before dealing with your kids when you're really upset.
