Smoking is Dangerous To Your Health

Is there any benefit from smoking? Ive been a smoker for almost 17 years, my nicotine addiction is very high. anybody out there who can help me in any ways and means to minimize my smoking habit or even eliminate it.

blondie218143 My problem is that I don't have the desire to quit yet. I know it's not good for you, but when I'm stressed or after I eat is when I smoke like a chimney. I don't know how to stop. Some days I smoke 2 1/2 packs.

blondie218143 I agree. I work at a trucking company and I think some of those guys are the absolute worst. But what kills me is when they try to mask it with cologne. That mixed with body odor is enough to give me a sour stomach.
