blueskies Thank you for the compliment. With my son, it goes beyond teaching simple responsibility. Doing things for me helps him to feel good about himself, which is something that he really needs right now.

blueskies No special reason for the dipping method. I imagine you'd get more breading if you dipped them twice. I've used potato chips as a sub for bread crumbs. They work well, you just have to crush them very fine.
