Boatman1338 Oh Yeah! I've taken the lights drive also. Olgebay is a beautiful park. The lights are much nicer when there is snow on the ground. I used to go to Olgebay to sled(tobbagan ?) when i was a kid.

Boatman1338 I am talking about the cards from Visa, Amex, etc. They cahrge a fee up front, then charge the merchants a processing fee. I am not sure about the store gift cards, but I don't think they charge fees on theirs.

Boatman1338 Wheeling also has greyhound dog racing, a casino,olgebay park, spidel golf course, it is usually a stop for the Delta Queen riverboat cruises, a historical market, lots of antique shops, a historic suspension bridge, and much, much more.
