bojangles88 That is cool - intertextual references. I haven't seen either film though, to be honest I don't watch as many as I'd like to! The clue is the plaster on the back of his neck - way back when that's how they 'extracted' the soul.

bojangles88 It's less that he's not enough of a man, and more financial issues that prevent him from having his own place. He's had a hard life, and doesn't have parents or family to lean back on so in that respect I feel for him.
