Idlewild Yes, I think a Crappy Topic of the Day award should be given each day for the lamest question asked within the last 24 hours. Maybe the person asking the question could have one point subtracted, those who respond could have TWO points deducted for responding...

I have been smoking a pack of 20's a day for 20 years. Am trying to quit now - have not smoked for almost 24 hours! Is there anything one can do when you are really hangning for a smoke?
