Does coffe cause insomnia on you?

i drink two cups of coffee a day, one in the morning and one at night. Recently, i feel that i cannot get asleep easily. i don't sleep enough nowadays.

brnis97 Coffee doesnt really effect me, I can drink a cup or two at 9pm and then go right to sleep.It doesnt wake me up any more than a coke will. I am just one of those people that can drink coffee all day long and it has no effects on me.

Worst christmas gift you ever got?

Mine was some kind of cheepy wind sheild cover for my car so i didnt have to scrape the snow of of it, it eneded up freezing to the windsheild.

brnis97 anything that has had to do with cleaning. LOL i just dont understand why they buy us things to keep us busier cleaning house, this is supposed to be a gift that is special, not something that i can go buy if i need to clean a spot out of the carpet LOL

brnis97 I do not think that it is bad, due to the fact that noone makes you watch or look at it. It is a personal opinion on whether or not you watch, and it is not bad for that reason

brnis97 Yes and no. I wear contacts the majority of the time. This saves me from the hassle of pushing up glasses or them fogging up on me or crazy things that happen to glasses

brnis97 It is actaully very easy to do just make a special folder and go to google images and type in what you are looking for then it lets you save it and then just upload it, i do it to every one of mine almost

brnis97 Well over the last few years the ericssons have gotten better, this being said it was after they went in with sony. Before that i would have said nokia all they way, but now they are just as good

brnis97 This is not really necessarily a recipe, becuase i do not use them often, I just play it by ear. But if you like broccoli cheese rice and chicken this is the best, steam or cook the broccoli and the rice and the chicken, get cheese soup and velveeta cheese...
