I woke up this morning feeling so depressed.

How important is sleep to you?

As a young person I usually didn't get that much although I could if I wanted. Sometimes I slept for 12-15 hours on a week-end. Other times I could sleep that in one day, others I never got any on a week-end. With a mood disorder...

candy4321445 I think sleeping is very important for everyone,but I don't have enough sleeping.I go to bed at 13:00,and wake up at 6:30 every day.So I'm very tired every day,and my skin is bad.
