Whats the right age to consider having a baby?

What do you think the right age is to consider having a baby. Nowadays you can literally see or hear about children having baby's at ages 13 - 16, and to be honest it sickens me to think people are having babies this young....

cas1583 That's exactly what I'm saying. I always have to get up with the kids when they wake up and he is still sleeping. I try to take a nap and can't because he is either waking me up for something stupid or the kids are climbing on me.
