caseyluvsyah16 I read a lot of information that confirms avocado as "good fat". I think it would only be fattening if you mix it with a lot of cream, milk or sugar. Other than that, I think you'd be able to experience health benefits from it. :)

caseyluvsyah16 Wow seriously? I think the fastfood restaurants here haven't applied that principle yet. A lot of them are still playing love songs and slow songs during the day. I do hope the research gets to prove this though.

caseyluvsyah16 Yeah, I think it affects our actions at one point. However, I don't think I would be inclined to eat more with rock music. I'm not so much of a fan of rock music. :( Sometimes, it gets too noisy for me.

caseyluvsyah16 The research hasn't been proven jricky1. It still lacks data. Yes, maybe it is due to the fact that music does affect our mood don't you think? If music does help in controlling our appetite I sure would want to study it to my benefit! :)

caseyluvsyah16 I think if you're focused on other things you really don't get to notice the music at times. However, do you think it still has an effect on our subconscious? Yes, I agree the volume if too high, will distract you and take away your appetite for eating.

caseyluvsyah16 The study didn't really let the people listen to music musicloverfriend. They just played it in the restaurant while people were eating. I love music as well but it doesn't seem to distract me when I'm eating. Come to think of it nothing does! Haha!

caseyluvsyah16 Tell me about it! But hey, I do have some good news for you. My brother discovered a bald spot in his scalp and after 2 weeks of using aloe vera we noticed hair growth! I don't know if it's just a coincidence but I think the aloe vera is indeed working!

caseyluvsyah16 Absolutely! I really, really, really hope you will be able to get an avocado for yourself. I'm already feeling a bit guilty for eating a whole load of them these last couple of weeks. Maybe we can create an avocado convention for all of us who love them huh?...
