ccyap003 Dear Mythol, I've manage to lost 4 inches and about 8 kg's in about 5 months with the natural method below. 1. Reduce your meal by 1/8. 2. Redice your supper by half or try to skip supper. 3. Eat more vegetable. It's just that simple.

ccyap003 Dear devenpintu, I am a computer technician. Well since only the soundcard is faulty, disable the sund card jumper on the motherboard and plug in a sound card instead. It cheaper and simple.
