Internet Spikes

Hey, WHen i play call of duty 2 my internet spikes every 10 seconds or so. Then it goes right back to my normal ping thats around 50-80. Do any of you know how to fix this. PLEASE HELP!!!

chapwag1001 I went in december 05 and i felt extremely safe. I also went with a tour which was really cool. I highly recommend going back. I would go back anytime. Also I walked around some by myself, and i felt really safe.
