cheekydog I think if you email philips you can get the user manual, I received a t.v. once and I downloaded the user manual right off the site. it wasnt philips but maybe they have the same option. try to google it and see what happens.. good luck :)

cheekydog Yes I love tim hortons coffee also. It is in the states now too. That 18% cream is the key I think, it is almost like having heavy cream added to the coffee. Gotta have that java to start the day :)
