chefpatty hey I was 4.0 and what worked for me was flash cards. Put important points on to flashcards study them in small groups of cards at a time. ex. first memorize 5, then ten , then fifteen etc. you get the picture. it works with all your classes.

chefpatty Hey , its normal to get some cramping. Your body is adjusting, and your your insides are expanding to make room for baby. This is what causes the cramping, the expansion.
