cinjhoxmyltc I think it is not always the same after having problem. But time will heal the wounds of trust and love with each other. I think they should back to basics and start to do those things and make extra effort to regain trust and love.

For us we get a standard of 22 days of leave every year. We can carry forward upto 45 days of leave to subsequent years, but after that the leaves will start to lapse. So what is the deal at your job? Cheers! Ram

cinjhoxmyltc Wow that's great! Having 22 days vacation leave every year is one of the most salivating part of an employee. In my work, we have 15 days only every year and is convertible to cash if unused.

cinjhoxmyltc It depends upon the purpose of accounts. I categorized e-mail/ user account by its purpose from business down to personal and private purposes. I will separate my business accounts with my personal accounts in order to organize messages and transaction.
