I’m thinking about including oats in my daily diet, but I’m torn. Some people say they’re super healthy ,full of fiber, good for the heart, and great for digestion. Others argue they’re high in carbs and not ideal for everyone.

For me, I'm still debating. It's kind of too early, isn't it? But, time is speeding. Just 12 days and January is over. February should be my month; I'm having birthday and name day then and Chinese New Year will be celebrated...
