I’m thinking about including oats in my daily diet, but I’m torn. Some people say they’re super healthy ,full of fiber, good for the heart, and great for digestion. Others argue they’re high in carbs and not ideal for everyone.

DE I'm sorry, but none of us are doctors or nutritionists. Some people can and do eat oats and they are healthy and good for digestion... But, some people have allergic reactions to them. Talk to your doctor and see what they suggest.
