clang3104 Most of the time we use or washing machine. But I make use of handwashing if I will be cleaning my white uniforms. But I really use machine washing everyday because it's a lot easier and it saves time. :)

clang3104 The best way to build up confidence is to get yourself used to be in front of many people by joining contests. You can also build it up thru extensive trainings. There are a lot out there. You can also read books for inspiration. :)
