Why Sleep is very important?

For the past months I cant sleep because im doing something. What diseases is related to lack of sleep? Like when your working on graveyard shift? Does this weakened the immune system?

istanto Well, you need to sleep in enough time so your body and mind can be fresh again. if you not sleep or sleeping more less you will lose your concentration because your body and your mind tired.

whacks My mom uses virgin coconut oil and she likes to use it very much, for her skin, hair, soles, etc. My aunt tried to drink it. They say it's really effective. Coconut, tree and fruit, has really many uses.

stellarjade I think that they should leave the ones with no replies. They might eventually get noticed. and deleted all the terrible posts that dont meet the guidelines.

lauriefnp Good point. MyLot should consider this, because a lot of us surf through there looking for something decent to talk about. If we do it, then so can "they". But, on the other hand, most of the "what's my name" questions already have 100 replies!

gianbryant yes, it is effective. My father takes 1 tablespoon of VCO everyday. It is good for your immune system. you can also use it on your hair.
