How long would you say it takes you to fall asleep?

What time do you usually go to bed and how long do it take you to get to sleep? It takes me what I FEEL is a very very long period of time to get to sleep. I have always had trouble getting to sleep and pills do not really help...

colettevcr It happens to me too, i have a hard time falling asleep, sometimes i'm very tired, and i think i will sleep fast, but once i'm in my bed and i turn off the lights my mind gets very active and i think a lot of things, and in the end i spend like 2 hours trying...
