azahrasmom Look into herbal or alternative therapies and meditation to use in addition to mainstream medications. There have been some amazing alternative remedies introduced in the last few years.

azahrasmom I agree. There is no point in trying to have a conversation with someone who is upset, wait until they cool off. They will be calmer and you can discuss rationally why they are so upset.
