HELP! I have a problem. For the past couple days its been really hard for me to fall asleep and when I actually do fall asleep only sleep for about 2 to 3 hours. I don't know why this is happening. I can already see the bags...

connectwithme Try to eliminate coffee, tea and high energy drinks. Have herbal teas instead. Or try having milky drinks. A nice relaxing bath before bed sometimes does the trick. Make your bedroom peacefull, turn off the tv/computer. You could try using lavendar oil, a few...

connectwithme Have you tried having a drink? Sometimes our bodies are crying out for water. Maybe try having a herbal tea. Try splashing warm water on your face or placing a cool flannel on your forehead. Having a bath using your favourite bubble bath may help to relax you....

Can anyone help me how to do frying without getting myself burn ?

I love to eat fried chicken :), but my problem is that I always get burn by the flying cooking oil. Please help me on how to do fry without giving myself hurt. Thank you

connectwithme You could buy a deep fat fryer. Wear clothes that cover your arms and use cooking utensils that have long handles, turn down the heat. Use a lid. I quickly brown the chicken and finish cooking in the oven. I hope this helps.
