cookie2 Of course there is a God! And I believe in God. Without Him we all won't be here. Everything here on earth is God's creation and that includes science.

Can milk and fruits go together?

I love drinking milk at any time of the day. I love eating fruits too. Some say drinking milk and eating fruits at the same time is bad for the stomach. Is this true? If i ice blend fruits and milk, is it bad?

cookie2 Not all fruits goes well with milk. There are some that we don't mix milk like oranges, pineapple & lemon. Fruit shakes are so delicious if you mix milk like mango, avocado, strawberry, and banana.
