cpochacco I am sorry to hear that. Trust is one of the most important things in a relationship. Of course I would trust my partner, but once he ruins it then I would not easily trust him. I believe you will meet a much more trustworthy and better partner ;)

wat du u think is the safest way to lose weight? i min wat r the practices that u can share for those who does exercise programs but even though they do it, the results are very slow,? let's help others,,, =)

cpochacco From personal experience, the best n healthy way 2 lose weight is simply eat regularly (bfast, lunch, n dinner) and the most important thing is no snacking (chips, cookies, etc.) It was pretty hard for the first 2 weeks but after that i lost more than 10...
