Safe amount of running per week?

I've been running about 3 weeks now and I run about 30 minutes five times a week. How many times a week is an okay amount, as I've heard you shouldn't run every day? Any runners-how much do you run a day/week?

crankypants Zoe Jane holds a special place in my heart because I have a Zoe of my own, but some of my other favorites are Falling, Epiphany, and of course Outside. I recently saw Aaron's accoustic set as well and it was amazing!

crankypants There are many ways to loose weight. But the safest, most effective way is to cut the number of calories you are curently taking in and increase exercise. You're far more likely to keep off the weight this way than if you try a fad diet.

crankypants If you live in the United States and they are talking about patients outside of work they are violating the HIPPA law. In most health care situations that is cause for immediate termination. Keep trying to report these people. You need to advocate for the...

crankypants Definately contact the child support office where you live to see what you need to do to set up payments for your daughters. If you don't know an attorney or can't afford one, see if the child support office can reccommend someone for you. Don't take your kids...
