The woman is Peggy Brooks, and she is 75. She is being accused of killing her sick father in law in 1977. Tell me, do you think that time should be wasted prosecuting a 75 year old woman who is a model citizen?

crispystuff I don't know the specifics about this case, but the law is very clear. In the US, murder is a felony and there it doesn't have any statue of limitations, so no matter if the murder happened yesterday or 100 years ago. That said, I think matters such as this...

crispystuff Although my kids began to stop napping around 3 years old, they still had to have what we called "quiet time" and it was up to them whether they slept or not, but they still had to stay in their rooms and rest for 1-2hours.
