crusch i eat balut too, but that's also my problem i don't want to see it. that's why when i buy balut on the street, i go where there's no street light...hehe thank's for the comment anyway...

Now a days soft skills are given more importance than technicals......is it fair

It is not 'now' it was an important skill except for a short period it was technicals now it has reverted back to soft. Hmm... things keep changing and we have no other choice but to accept it... a techie person can always learn...
