csstaci If it's a chain motel, I would go up the chain as high as you possibly can. If you live in the US, file a claim with the BBB.

csstaci We get some super rude people on occasion as well. It sucks, lol. I would be offended, but of course, sometimes people are just rude - chalk it up to her being grouchy, and know you were polite!
