Fruit for digestion

I wondering which fruit is good for digestion. I don't like to eat bananas even though its good for digestion. Any other fruit has similar function as bananas? Any suggestion?

Your Habit During Childhood

My housemates and i had our dinner at Nandos tonite. One thing suddenly came across to my mind regarding my habit during my childhood. I like to wear red colour shoes. Wow..RED???? That's not my colour at all after 29 years....

cthawa80 wow..u have variety in your exercise. i jst focus on aeronics and jogging. sometimes i feel bored og getting the same activities and even the same aerobic video.
